Mrs. Daisy Wiese Died Suddenly At n 55 Home In Newman, Ill.
Mrs. Daisy Anderson Wiese, mother of Mrs. Bert Boggs, of Veedersburg, died suddenly Thursday evening, March 3, at her home in Newman, Ill., of a heart attack. She was preparing to spend the evening with friends when the fatal attack occurred.
She was active in the Newman Methodist Church and in civic and social affairs for many years.
She was born Sept. 6, 1881, the daughter' of Emma and Paul Anderson, near St. Joseph, Illinois. She was married in 1904 to Emil L. Wiese, who preceded her in death in 1947. . Surviving is the daughter, Mrs. Lorama Boggs, of Veedersburg; two sons, Virgil, of Champaign, and; Paul, of Columbus, Ohio; two brothers, Oscar, of Champaign and Adolph, of Broad-
lands, Ill., nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She had visited in Veedersburg and community on many occasions and had many friends in this section.
Funeral services were Sunday , afternoon in the family residence at Newman with burial at the Ridge cemetery north of Newman.
