WELSH, Muriel - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Muriel Mina Welsh, 64 of Williamsport rural route died at 2 p.m. Monday in Home Hospital at Lafayette after being hospitalized three weeks.  She was born in Mounds, Ill Feb 22, 1892 and married Aug 17, 1910 to Robert Welsh who died 1946.  Mrs. Welsh had been a resident of Attica for many years. Surviving are two sons, Francis of Attica and Robert Lloyd of Williamsport rural route; a daughter, Mrs. Bernice Harper of Warren County; a brother, Mark Britt of Cairo, Ill; and three sisters Mrs. Cynthia Angelin of Metropolis, Ill; Mrs. Clara Lanson of Britton, Mich and Mrs. Lacy Hughes of Warren County.  Services were held Wednesday at DeSutter Funeral Home and burial in Riverside Cemetery.   ---kbz
