WEST, Frank Thomas - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

  Frank Thomas West of Ridge Farm, Illinois, age 93, died Thursday night, July 21, in Pleasant Meadows Christian Village at Chrisman, Illinois. He was born in Edgar County, Illinois, January 13, 1890, the son of Benjamin and Lina Stanfield West. December 24, 1914, he married Bertha Reffett, who survives. West was a member of the United Methodist Church at Sidell, Illinois, and had retired from farming 30 years ago.

  Also surviving are a daughter, Alice Jones of Chrisman; a son, Harvey of Kingman; a sister, Millie Gildersleeve of Danville, Illinois; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Monday morning at Honnold and Son Funeral Home in Ridge farm with Rev. Richard Chrisman officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery at Indianola, Illinois. – thanks to S
