ATTICA — Lucille E. (Jasheway) Weigle, 93, Attica, died at 3:45 a.m. Thursday, June 7, 2007 in Woodland Manor Nursing Center, Attica. She was born Sept. 2, 1913 in Fowler, the daughter of Fred and Elizabeth (Windler) Jasheway. She married Merle Lowell Weigle Nov. 7, 1936 in Oak Park, Ill. He preceded in death Sept. 20, 1997. She was raised in Fowler, attending Sacred Heart School. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Attica, St. Francis Xavier Guild and National Council of Catholic Women, and the Upper Level Senior Citizens. Survivors include: a daughter-in-law, Dr. Sandra Weigle (Richard) Hollingshead, McCordsville; a granddaughter, Hillary Leigh Weigle, Chicago; and a step grandson, Brian Hollingshead, Greenwood. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, James Robert Weigle; three sisters; and seven brothers. Funeral Mass was at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Francis Xavier Church, Attica, with the Rev.
