WEBB, John A "Spider"

John A. “Spider” Webb of Eugene, age 53, died Friday, April 30, at his home. He was born at Perrysville, October 14, 1928, the son of Arnold and Bessie Hines Webb. He retired from General Motors Central Foundry Division in Tilton, Illinois, after 25 years and had worked on the Kenny Noggle farm since. Webb was a member of the Naval Reserve and United Auto Workers. He served on the Cayuga own Board for one term.
  Survivors include four daughters, Sharon Watchbaugh of Frankfort, Vickie, Brenda and Linda Webb, all of Cayuga; a son, Bruce of Danville, Illinois; his mother of Perrysville; six sisters, Lois Nickals of Covington, Mary Rice of Danville, Illinois, Doris Nelson of Oakwood, Illinois, Carol Bruner of Kingman, Lavada Lawlyes of Perrysville and Gertrude Dunham of Westville, Illinois; two brothers, Gerald of Westville, Illinois, and William of Perrysville; and four grandchildren.
  Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at DeVerter Brothers Funeral Home in Cayuga with Rev. Jessie Hawn officiating. Burial was in Lower Mound Cemetery.
