WEBB, Beatrice Hayes - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Beatrice Hayes Webb, 96 of 16 Coldbrook Drive, died at 9:40 a.m. Sunday March 24, 2002 in Home Hospital Extended Care.  Born Feb 23, 1906 in Mellott, she spent most of her life in this area. She graduated from Indiana University and taught school for 38 years in the Lafayette School Corp retiring in 1973.  Mrs. Webb was a member of Congress Street United Methodist Church and Retired Teachers Association.  Her marriage was to Eugene F. Webb July 5, 1930 in Lafayette.  He died May 30, 1975.  Surviving is a daughter, Patricia Whitcraft of Lafayette.
