Wallace—Esther Weaver, 83, Route 1, Kingman, died at 2:20 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 1989 in Culver Union Hospital, Crawfordsville.
  She was born July 23, 1905 near Mecca, the daughter of Otto and Jesse Parkinson Wilhite. She was married Aug. 14, 1924 to Clarence A. Weaver of Hillsboro, who preceded her in death Nov. 10, 1968.
  She was a graduate of Mellott High School. She had lived south of Wallace since 1971 and had been employed as a baker in the kitchen of Turkey Run State Park Hotel, retiring in 1958.
  She was a member of Mellott Christian Church.
  Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. James (Martha) Rogers, Route 6, Crawfordsville; Mrs. Dale (Carol) Gooding, Wallace, and Mrs. Cecil (Norma) Poe, Greenfield; a sister, Mrs. Muriel McCreary, Indianapolis; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Mrs. Patty Hill of Crawfordsville.
  Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at Thomas Funeral Home Chapel, Waynetown, with the Rev. Mike Sabens officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Rockville.- thanks to s
