WEAVER, Murley Keeling

Wallace-- Mrs. Murley Weaver, 72 died at 10 a.m. Monday at her home about a mile west of here. She had been seriously ill one year. Born June 22, 1887 in the Ingersoll community near Waynetown, she was a daughter of Dexter and Emeline Reichard Keeling. She married Horace Weaver November 10, 1903. He died in March 1958. Mrs. Weaver was a member of the Freedom Christian Church near here. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. June Goodin of Kingman; a stepson, Paul Weaver of Terre Haute; two granddaughters, a great granddaughter; four sisters, Mrs. Elvie Clore of Waveland, Mrs. Gertie Sowers of Mellott; Mrs. Alta Fritz of High Point NC and Mrs. Odessa Campbell of Crawfordsville; two brothers, Ora Keeling or Kingman and Clifford Keeling of Waynetown. She was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers. Funeral services will be held at 10;30 a.m. Wednesday at Friends Christian Church with Rev.Alfred Dobbs officiating. The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery east of here. Friends may call at Woodrow Funeral Home at Kingman after 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Mrs. Murley Weaver, died at her home near Wallace Monday.  She was born near Waynetown June 22, 1887 the daughter of Dexter and Emeline Reichard Keeling.  She was married in 1903 to Horace Weaver who died in 1958.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. June Goodin of Kingman; a stepson Paul Weaver of Terre Haute; two grandchildren and one great grandchild; two brothers, Ora Keeling of Kingman and Clifford Keeling of Waynetown and four sisters, Mrs. Elvie Clore of Waveland; Mrs. Gertie Sowers of Mellott; Mrs. Alta Fritz of High Point, NC and Mrs. Odessa Campbell of Crawfordsville.  Funeral services were held Wednesday at Freedom Christian Church with burial in Lutheran Cemetery east of Wallace. – kbz
