Mrs. Maude Weaver, 75 of Veedersburg died Wednesday at the Tarpon Springs, Fla Hospital where she had been a patient one week. The daughter of Jacob and Mary Ann Hill, she was born in Brrown County and resided there until her marriage to Joseph A. Weaver in 1904. He preceded her in death in 1957. Survivors include a son, Joseph of Mishawaka, Ind; a daughter, Mrs. Marguerite Stine of Covington; two sisters, Mrs. Jack Brown, Bedford, Mrs. John Huffman of North Vernon; six grandchildren and a great granddaughter. – kbz

HILLSBORO — Mrs. Maude Weaver, 75, of near Hillsboro, died Wednesday morning in a Port Richie, Fla., hospital after a short illness. She suffered a heart attack a week ago. Mrs. Weaver and a daughter, Mrs. Marguerite Stine of near Covington, had been in Florida since last January. Born April 17, 1884, in Brown County, she was a daughter of Jacob and Mary Hill. She married Joseph A. Weaver May 18, 1904. He died Dec. 14, 1957. Survivors include her daughter; a son, Joseph R. Weaver of Mishawaka.; two sisters, Mrs. Jack Brown of Bedford and Mrs. John Huffman of North Vernon; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The body will be brought from Florida to the Crumley Funeral Home here. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. --typed by Walt W
