MRS. PARMELIA WASSON aged 78 years, died at her home in Howard last Sunday morning of heart disease and inflammation of the bowels.
Her suffering was very severe, but she bore it with patience. The pain was very intense until sweet relief came and she passed away without a struggle. It is always sad to give up the dear old mother, yet may they be consoled by knowing her earthly pains and sorrows are over. She has gone to meet her dear ones and enjoy the place God has prepared for her. She was a very loyal member of the W. R. C. at Annapolis and the Pythian Sisters at Tangier, they performing the ceremony at the cemetery at Howard on Tuesday. She was a kind mother and was loved by every one who knew her.
