Maggie Viola (Hickman) Wash Ill two years Mrs. Maggie Wash 65 died at 4:40p.m. Monday at her home, 135 Forest Avenue. She was the widow of George Wash. She was b. 20 Oct 1877 in Covington d/o Squire and Mary Hickman. She had resided in Danville 27 yrs. Surviving are two sons Lee Garner, of Alexandria Indiana, and Clifford Garner of Jonesboro Indiana, a daughter Elizabeth Wash at home. 17 grandchildren, 19 grt grand children, five step sons, George, Max, Guy, Theodore, and Benjamin all of Danville, three sisters Mrs. Ida Duncan of Covington, Mrs. Clifford Trent of Marshfield, and Mrs. Walter Groves of Covington. Two brothers Ode Hickman of Covington and Faunce Hickman of Jamesburg Illinos. She was a member of the ?Christian Curch. Burial to be in the Oakhill Cemetary."
