COVINGTON, Ind. (CNS)—Asa C. Ware, 72, life resident of the Covington and Marshfield communities, died unexpectedly at midnight Sunday (June 5, 1955) at the home of his son, Thomas A. Ware, at 1116 Third St., after a heart attack. He had been in ill health several years. Mr. Ware was born March 13, 1883, in Clay City, Ky., son of Achilles and Mary E. Berry Ware. He married Mary Ricketts March 12, 1917, and she survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Fletcher and Mrs. Louise Sparks of Indianapolis; the son, Thomas; six grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Emma White of Switz City, Ind., Mrs. Ira Layton of Covington and Mrs. Bell Tyler of Covington Route 1; a brother, William C. Ware of West Lebanon. He was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Marshfield. The body is at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home where friends may call until one hour prior to services. Services will be at 2 p. m. DST Wednesday at the Covington Assembly of God Church. Burial will be in Upper Mound Cemetery. --typed by Walt W
