Williamsport, Ind. (CNS)— Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Crowmer & Siddens Funeral Home for Mrs. Mary Ella Waltz, 88, of Anaheim, Calif. She died Aug. 15, 1966, at Garden Grove, Calif. She had been ill two and a half years. Her body was cremated in California and returned to Williamsport for services and burial. The Rev. Clyde Beckner will officiate. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. Friends will be received from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday. Born May 7, 1878, in Harden County, Ky., she was the daughter of Isaac and Josephine Smith Van Cleve. She was married in 1904 at Lafayette to John S. Waltz, who died in June 1960. Survivors include a son, Charles of Williamsport; a daughter, Mrs. Ethel Moffit of Anaheim, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle A. Yeager of Santa Anna, Calif.; two half sisters, Mrs. Golda Barnett and Mrs. Gladys Poole, both of Baxter Springs, Kan.; a half brother, Paul Van Cleve of Baxter Springs, Kan.; two grandsons and seven great-grandchildren. --typed by Walt W

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Ella Waltz, age 88, of Anaheim, Calif., who died Aug. 15, 1966, at Garden Grove, Calif., were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, at the Crowmer-Siddens Funeral Home in Williamsport. Mrs. Waltz had been ill two years. Her body was cremated in California and was returned to Williamsport for services and burial.
The Rev. Clyde Beckner officiated and burial was in Highland Cemetery.
Mrs. Waltz was born May 7, 1878, in Harden County, Ky., the daughter of Isaac and Josephine Smith VanCleve. She was married in 1904 at Lafayette to John S. Waltz, who preceded her in death in June 1960.
Survivors include: one son, Charles of Williamsport; one daughter, Mrs. Ethel Moffit of Anaheim, Calif., one sister, Mrs. Myrtle A.
