Veedersburg—Roy L. Wall, 72, of 701 W. State, Veedersburg died unexpectedly at 8 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, 1974 in his truck in Veedersburg. Death was attributed to a heart attack by the coroner.

  The Rev. Cloyd Kyger and the Rev. Roy Wilson officiated. Burial was at Rockfield Cemetery near Veedersburg. Friends wee received from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Parham Funeral Home.

  Born May 9, 1901, in Warren County, he was the son of Frank and Mellisa Ballah Wall. He was married Aug. 16, 1924 in Covington, to Wanda I. Givens, who survives.

  Mr. Wall was retired from the Veedersburg Brick Co. At the time of his death, he was employed by the city of Veedersburg.

  Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Joanna Richey of Fort Wayne and Mrs. Jill Kirkpatrick of Veedersburg; four grandchildren, Mrs. Shanon Gross of Columbia, S. C., Andy, Lee and Marita Kirkpatrick, all of Veedersburg; and a brother, Archie Wall of Veedersburg.

  He was preceded in death by two daughters, two brothers and a stepbrother.

  Services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Church of the Nazarene.  – s
