Source: The obituary is from a collection of newspaper (paper names not recorded) obituaries saved, by Fauniel Hershberger, during the 1950's, 60's, 70's and 80's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Freeman Waldron, age 67, a life resident of the Covington community, died at 8 p. m. Sunday, Dec. 17, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Indianapolis where he had been a patient two years. Born Feb. 25, 1894, in Shawnee Township, he was the son of Grant and Sarah Helms Waldron. He was married in 1936 to Ruth Brown, who survives. Mrs. Waldron was a member of the Veterans of World War I and had been employed at the Harrison Steel Foundry in Attica. Other survivors include a daughter, Ella at home; four brothers, Sherman, Jake and Alfred, all of Attica and Earl of Covington Rt. 3; and two sisters, Mrs. Maude Mine and Mrs. Conner, both of Attica. He was preceded in death by an infant son. Funeral services were held this afternoon, Dec. 20, at 2 p. m. at the Hegg Funeral Home. Glenn Ray, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiated. Burial was in the Osborn Prairie Cemetery, northeast of here.   --typed by Walt W
