MELLOTT — Russell Wade, a former resident of Mellott, died of a heart attack Sunday night at his home in Waynedale near Fort Wayne. He was 57. Survivors include the widow and four daughters at home; three brothers, Douglas of near Mellott, Wallace of Lafayette and Eugene of Alabama; four sisters, Mrs. Clifford Simpson of Crawfordsville, Mrs. George King of Clarks Hill, Mrs. Ruby Davis and Mrs. Pauline Bryles of Lafayette; and an uncle, S. A. Wade of Mellott. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.   --typed by Walt W
