MELLOTT, Ind. (CNS) — Perry B. Wade, 76 of Frankfort, a former resident of Mellott, died at 6:30 p.m. Friday (July 11, 1969) at the Clinton County Hospital in Frankfort, after a stay of three weeks and an illness of several months. He was born in January, 1893 near Mellott, the son of Henry W. and Martha Murray Wade. He married Daisy Peed, of Mellott, and moved to Frankfort where he was employed by the Coca-Cola Co. until his retirement. He was a veteran of World War I. He is survived by his widow a son, Charles Richard of Hawaii; a daughter, Mrs. Susan Jane Wilson of Des Moines Iowa; and a sister, Mrs. Clarence Rice of Mellott. He is preceded in death by a brother, Truman Wade, Mellott. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. EDT at a funeral home in Frankfort. --typed by Walt W

MELLOTT - Perry B. wade, age 76, a former Mellott resident, died at 6:30 p.m. Friday, July 11, in Clinton County Hospital where be had been a patient three weeks.
Mr. Wade was born in Mellott in January, 1893, the son of Henry w. and Martha Murray Wade. He attended school in that community. He was married to Daisy Peed of Mellott and several years later moved to Frankfort, where he was an employee of the Coca Cola Bottling Co. until his retirement.
Surviving are: his wife; one son, Charles Richard of Hawaii; one daughter, Mrs. Susan Jane Wilson of Des Moines, Iowa, and one sister, Mrs. Clara Rice of Mellott. A brother, Truman Wade of Mellott, preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m, Sunday at Frankfort. Burial was in the Frankfort Cemetery.
