SMITH, William Morrison - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

William Morrison Smith, 51, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, died Monday, November 14, at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. He was a former resident of Veedersburg.

  He was born September 20, 1932, the son of Morrison M. and Leona Puckett Smith. He had owned and operated Southern Boat Dock at Lake Lemon near Bloomington.

  Survivors include his mother, Leona Feltner of Florida; three sons, John William, Robert Thomas and Gary Lee, all of Indianapolis; three daughters, Mrs. Linda Dianne Cummins of Crawfordsville, Mrs. Debra Kay McCoy of Lebanon and Miss Terry Lynn Smith of Indianapolis; a brother, Tim Smith of Melbourne, Florida; two sisters, Barbara Ann Sprague of Indianapolis, and Betty Jane Horton of Evansville; and four grandchildren.

  Graveside services were conducted Wednesday at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.-s
