Services for Samuel H. Smith, 6191 Broadway, Purple Heart Veteran of WWII who died Friday in Veterans Hospital, Cole Spring Road, will be held at 3 p.m. tomorrow in Moore Mortuaries Colonial Chapel.  Mr. Smith who was 38 was born in Perrysville, Ind but had lived in Indianapolis 19 years. He had been employed six years as a press operator at the Basca Manufacturing Co. He was a member of the Broad Ripple Christian Church and Broad Ripple Post, American Legion.  Surviving are his wife, Gertrude; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Smith, Perrysville; five sisters, Mrs. WE Judson, Indianapolis, Mrs. George Kukurich, Lansing, Ill and Mrs. Harold Summers, Kingman, Ind; three brothers, Glen Smith, Perrysville; Guy Smith, Parma, Mo and William D. Smith, Kingman, Ind. - kbz
