Paul E. Smith, 64, Indianapolis, died Saturday in St. Francis Hospital Center. A native of Covington, he lived here 18 years. He was a member of the United Methodist Church at Covington. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in GH Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home where friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m. today. Survivors include his wife, Muriel L. Smith; four sons, Jerry Lee; Stephen K; Jeffrey S and Paul Smith, Jr; and five daughters: Pamela Conlin, Christy Quiggle, Cindy Cross, Stacy Fellin and Melody Smith. - kbz
Paul E. Smith of Indianapolis, formerly of Covington, age 64, died Saturday, September 11, in St. Francis Hospital at Indianapolis. He was a native of Covington and a member of the Covington United Methodist Church. A piano technician for 30 years, he had owned A-1 Piano Tuning Service in Indianapolis and was semi-retired.
Survivors include the widow, Muriel L.; five daughters, Pamela Conlin, Christy Quiggle, Cindy Cross, Stacy Fellin and Melody Smith; four sons, Paul Jr., Jerry Lee, Stephen K. and Jeffrey S.; three sisters, Charlotte Conner, Marguerite Cottington and Letha Sone; a brother, Russell L.; 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home in Indianapolis. Burial was in Round Hill Cemetery at Indianapolis. - thanks to S
