SMITH, CLifford - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Clifford R. Smith, 58 of Springport, brother of Leonard W. Smith of West Lafayette died Wednesday of a heart attack in Henry County Hospital, New Castle, where he was a patient two weeks.  A native of Alamo (sic – born in Fountain County before his family moved to Alamo area) he had lived in Henry County since 1917 and was associated with the Chrysler Corporation at New Castle for 25 years.  Survivors besides the brother in West Lafayette are his widow; two sons, Ray of Springport and Royce of Venezuela South America; a sister, Mrs. Pauline Luzader, Kirklin and another brother, Lyle Smith, Crawfordsville. = kbz
