Bernice Meyers (sic) Smith, 81, Indianapolis died Thursday in Northwest Manor Health Care. Mrs. Smith was a homemaker. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home with calling from 3-9 p.m. Tuesday. Entombment will be in Washington Park North Mausoleum. She was the widow of Leo (sic) Smith. Survivors – one son, Michael L. Smith; sister Marie Bowman.
