“Linden News” - ZM Slavens, oldest son of Isaiah Slavens who suicided a few days ago, says his father was 75 years old last October. Mr. Slavens live 300 miles west of Chicago and 7 miles from the Mississippi River and has a fine farm, 150 acres in wheat that looks fine. He has not been here for 21 years and says he sees a great many changes.
