W.D.F. Skelley (sic), a veteran of the Civil War and for 45 years a resident of this city, died Thursday morning at 11:45 o’clock at his home, 219 South Kickapoo Street. The deceased had been in poor health for the past two years. Death resulted from a complication of diseases. William Skelly (sic) was 63 years of age having been born in Fountain County, Indiana May 18, 1840.
