SIMPSON, Carrie Roberts - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

VEEDERSBURG -- Mrs. Carrie Simpson, 88, died Friday in Golden Manor Nursing Home, Ladoga. Born June 12, 1888, at Veedersburg, she was the daughter of G.M. and Prana Roberts. She was married to Guy Simpson Oct. 15, 1912, at Danville, Ill. He is deceased. Surviving are two sons, William of Crawfordsville and Lowell of Orlando, Fla.; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Alice Lechner, Indianapolis, Mrs. Frances Clore, Cincinnati and Mrs. Dorothy Keeling, Zehryh Hills, Fla.; nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild, a niece and a nephew. Services will be 2 p.m. in Parham Funeral Home, Veedersburg. The Rev. Charles Wood will officiate. Burial in Osborn Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday.   --typed by Walt W
