Attica, Dec 6 – Mrs. Maria Simmons, 68 of 407 E. Pike Street, died at 4:15 a.m. Sunday at her home, after an illness of two weeks. Mrs. Simmons was born in Shawnee Township and married Charles M. Simmons in 1899. Surviving are her husband; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Hetton, Niles, Mich and daughter, Helen Simons, Indianapolis. The body was taken to the Coffing-Robinson Funeral Home and will be returned to the residence, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. Douglas Dickey officiating; burial in Riverside cemetery. - kbz
