SIMMERMAN, Nancy Beach - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Bedford – Mrs. Nancy Sophia (Beach) Simmerman, 77, of Springville R2 who lived with a daughter, Mrs. Charles Corey, died in Dunn Memorial Hospital at 3:45 a.m. She had been in failing health several years. She had also lived with a son, Kenneth F. Simmerman at Delphi. Born in Fountain County, she married Samuel S. Simmerman in 1898. He died in 1937.  She was a member of the Christian Church in Warren County. Surviving with the son and daughter are a brother, James Elmer Beach, Lafayette and five sisters: Mrs. Grace, Winthrop; Mrs. Bernice Griffis, Winthrop (sic – not sure what Grace’s last name is); Mrs. Belle Ross, Lafayette; Mrs. Minnie Sanders, Winthrop and Mrs. Lula Peck, Craig, Colo. Three children preceded her in death.
