Henry Shute of Veedersburg, 72 years old, who had been ill several weeks from cancer of the stomach died at his home near there Tuesday morning at 5 o’clock. He is survived by the widow and the following children: Walter Shute, Vickey, ND: Mrs. Ortha Jordan, Westville, ill; Mrs. Betty Elmore, Catlin, ill; Mrs. Jennie Lamb, Ocello, Kan; Mrs. Mary Long, Mrs. Eva Hannah and Raymond Shute, Veedersburg.  The family formerly lived in Covington. - kbz
