Joseph Shubert Jr. of Mesa, Arizona, age 58, died Friday, January 28, in Mesa Hospital. He was born in Montgomery County, May 2, 1924, the son of Joseph and Helen Wilhelm Shubert. September 14, 1943, he married Nadine Harlan, who survives. Shubert attended Waynetown School.

Also surviving are two daughters, Cheryl Floeres of Blythe, California, and Patricia Shubert of Mesa; a son, Greg of Mesa; a sister, Betty Holt of Hillsboro; a brother, Guy of Crawfordsville; and one granddaughter.
