William Thomas Shoaf, 81, a retired farmer died at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at his home on a Bloomingdale RR. Born in Bloomingdale on Aug 5, 1874, he was the son of David and Mary Ellen Barker Shoaf. He married Lillie May Sowers. Survivors include the widow; one daughter, Mrs. Betty Lou Cunningham of Columbus, Ohio; four sons, Lee, Walter; Strawdie and David of Miami, Fla; two sisters, Mrs. Artie McKinzie and Mrs. Maude Backrinder, 4 grandchildren and 8 greats. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Woodrow Funeral Home, Kingman and burial in Cashatt Cemetery.
