SHOAF, Strawdie - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Strawdie N. Shoaf of Farmersburg, age 79, died Sunday night, April 4, in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was an employee of Wabash Fiber Box Company for 32 years and was a member of a Masonic Lodge and Terre Haute Scottish Rite.

  Surviving are a daughter, Betty Jean Bates of Farmersburg; a son, Strawdie Jr. of Farmersburg; a sister, Betty Lou Cunningham of Rockville; three brothers, Lee of Kingman, Walter of Rockville and David of Florida; and three grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held this afternoon (Thursday) at DeBaun Funeral Home in Terre Haute. Burial was in Hull Cemetery. – thanks to S
