WILLIAMSPORT -- Funeral services for Mrs. Lucinda Shoaf, age 87, who died at 5 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17, at the home of a son, Arnet, West Lebanon Rt. 1, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Crowmer-Siddens Funeral Home here. The Rev. Henry Proffitt officiated and burial was in Davis Cemetery at Greenhill. Mrs. Shoaf was born June 3, 1876, in Warren County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Delaney. She was married in 1895 to William J. Shoaf, who preceded her in death in 1945. She is survived by three sons, Arnet, with whom she made her home; James of Attica and Ellis of Penrose, Colo.; three daughters, Mrs. Sylvia Simonton of Williamsport Rt. 2, Mrs. Letha Hickman of Hoopeston, Ill., and Mrs. Christina Westfall of Williamsport; one sister, Mrs. Lenora Ade of Lafayette; 20 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren. --typed by Walt W
