SHAUGHNESSY, Lois Richardson - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

WEST LEBANON — Mrs. Lois Irene Shaughnessy, 60, died at 10:45 p.m. Thursday while en route by ambulance to St. Elizabeth Hospital at Lafayette. She had been ill for some time. Mrs. Shaughnessy had been a resident of the West Lebanon community for the past 34 years. She was born Feb. 19, 1908, in Fulton Township, Fountain County, the daughter of Manford and Myrta Noel Richardson. She was married March 25, 1934, to Michael A. Shaughnessy, who preceded her in death on Sept. 28, 1967. Mrs. Shaughnessy was a member of the former Snoddy United Brethren Church. Survivors include two brothers, Kenneth Richardson of Muncie and Lynn Richardson of Waynetown. Four sisters preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home in Covington, with Rev. Kenneth Littleford in charge. Burial will be in the West Lebanon Cemetery.
