West Lebanon—Infant Kaylee JoAnna Shamp, 3-month-old daughter of Donald and Judy Merrill Shamp, Sixth and Adams Street, West Lebanon died unexpectedly at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, 1989, in the home.
She was born Oct. 1, 1988, in Lafayette. The family attended West Lebanon Nazarene Church.
Surviving, besides her parents, are a sister, Kevran Fettig and one brother, Travis Fettig, both at home; maternal grandparents, Ray and Delores Merrill, Attica; paternal grandparents, Donald and the late Joan Shamp, Venice, Fla., and paternal great grandmother, Helen Shamp, Oxford.
Friends may call one hour prior to funeral services at 2 p.m. Sunday in Maus Funeral Home Chapel, Attica, with the Rev. J. Steven Pearce officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Attica.- thanks to S
