SCHUMAKER, Ida - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Schumaker, age 75, Covington Rt 2, resident who died Monday March 13 in Lake View Memorial Hospital in Danville, Ill were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Barrick & Son Funeral Home in Danville. The Rev. Muller officiated and burial was in the Lutheran Cemetery in that city.  Miss Schumaker who had been hospitalized four days was born Jan 14, 1892 in Danville, the daughter of Fred and Fredericka Strawser Schumaker. She had been a resident of Covington Rt 2 for 21 years. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Danville.  She is survived by two brothers, Fred and Charles Schumaker, both of Covington Rt 2 and four nieces, including Mrs. Lillian Moudy with whom she made her home. – kbz
