Hoopeston (CNS) — Mrs. June Schuff, 77, of 112 E. Maple, died at 8:15 last night (March 1, 1967) in Hoopeston Community Memorial Hospital. She had been ill two years. Born June 20, 1889 at Covington, Ind., she was the daughter of Cleveland and Hattie Zanes Romine. She married Gordon Schuff April 24, 1908 at Danville and he survives. Also surviving are four daughters, Mesdames Mable Hamm of Greencastle, Ind., Betty Layden of Hoopeston, Hazel Speakman of Falls Church, Va., Helen Henry of Milford; a son, Arnold of Hoopeston; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Faye Coplea of St. Petersburg, Fla., Mrs. Flossie Crouse of Indianapolis and Mrs. Flora Ludlow of Veedersburg, Ind., and a brother, Robert Romine of Bloomington, Ind. A son, a daughter and a brother preceded her in death. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Royal Neighbors of America and the Woman's Relief Corps. The body is at the Hamilton Funeral Home and friends may call 7-9 p.m. Saturday. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. Jack Wagoner officiating. Burial will be in Floral Hill Cemetery.   --typed by Walt W
