– Edgar E. SAPPENFIELD, 75, died at 11:30 a.m. Thursday April 28 at his home in Milligan. He had been in failing health one month. Born Jan 12, 1885, in Parke County, he was the son of George and Isabel Medaris Sappenfield. Mr. Sappenfield was a retired station agent and telegrapher for Monon RR. Member of Wallace Lutheran Church; Survivors, wife, Bessie, daughter, Mrs. Emil Greve a granddaughter and two greats. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Machledt & Servies Funeral Home; burial in Waveland Presbyterian Cemetery. --kbz
