SANDERS, Eva Brown

Marshall, May 12 - Mrs. Eva Sanders, 85, died at her home six miles north of Marshall at midnight Wednesday after having been ill since last January. Death was caused by complications. Mrs. Sanders, whose maiden name was Brown was born near Alamo on May 1, 1953. She was a resident of Montgomery and Fountain counties for many years, moving to the vicinity of Marshall in 1918.  Over 60 years ago she was married to Reuben N. Sanders who died in 1917.  Mrs. Sanders was a devout member of the Methodist Church. She is survived by twin daughters, Mrs. Henry Delp of Marshall and Mrs. George Standish of Chicago; one son, Albert N. Sanders of Portland, Oregon and five grandchildren. The funeral will be held from the Friends' Union Church, Grante Corner, Saturday morning at 10 o'clock Rev. AW Roahrig of Advance will officiate and burial will be made in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. - kz
