Yeddo, Ind. – Services for Mrs. Carol Sue Sanders, 19, will be at 1:30 p.m. EST Wednesday at Fishero Funeral Home. The Rev. Lowell Barnard will officiate, with burial in Bonebrake Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. She was pronounced dead on arrival Sunday at Community Hospital in Williamsport after collapsing at the home of a sister in Tab. Survivors include her husband, William; parents, Elmer and Loretta Jennings Stembaugh; a daughter, Tammy Sue; a brother, Charles, six sisters, Mrs. Helen Mathis of Veedersburg, Mrs. June Fuller of Elwood, Mrs. Shirley Smith of Frankfort, Mrs. Patty Felix of Talbott, Mrs. Marie Cutlip of Bangor, Mich., and Mrs. Ma…….. of Danville, Ill.   -– jlr

A 19 year old mother was Pronounced dead on arrival at Community Hospital in Williamsport following her collapse at her home Sunday evening.
Carol Sue Sanders was reported to have been holding her seven-month-old daughter, Tammy Sue, when she suddenly appeared to have fainted. She was rushed to the hospital but apparently died enroute.
Mrs. Sanders had had no previous record of illness and an autopsy was conducted this morning in Veedersburg by Dr. James M. McFadden of Lafayette by order of the Warren County Coroner, Dr. M. L. Windnagel.
Dr. Windnagel told this newspaper Monday there was no suggestion of foul play in Mrs. Sanders' death and that she probably died of natural causes.
Dr. William Ringer of Attica was the attending physician at the hospital but he was not available for comment.
Mrs. Sanders was a native of Fountain County.  She was born near Veedersburg March 7, 1946, the daughter of Delmar
and Loretta Jennings Stembaugh. She and her husband, William W. Sanders, and their daughter had been living with his parents in Yeddo. His father, Elmer Sanders, died two weeks ago. ,
Mrs. Sanders is survived by her husband, daughter, parents, a brother, Charles Stembaugh of Veedersburg, and six
sisters, Mrs. Helen Mathis of Veedersburg, Mrs. June Fuller of Elwood, Mrs. Shirley Smith of Frankfort, Mrs. Patty Felix, of Talbot, Mrs. Marie Cutlip of Bangor, Mich., and Mrs. Martha Fox of Dana.
Funeral services were held at Fishero Funeral Home with Rev. Lowell Barnard officiating.  Burial was in Bonebrake Cemetery.
