SAMSON, Salie - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

  Sallie Samson of Valparaiso, age 77, died February 7, in Porter Memorial Hospital at Valparaiso. She was born in Fountain County, March 12, 1905, the daughter of George and Minnie Blacketer Ellis. Her husband, William, died April 18, 1966.

  Surviving are a daughter, Nancy Schwab of Marshall; three sons, David of Valparaiso, Billie of Portage and Donnell of Crown Point; 13 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

  Graveside services and burial were Wednesday afternoon in Walnut Grove Cemetery at Clinton with Rev. Elmer Bosworth officiating. Rendina Funeral Home of Gary was in charge of arrangements, assisted by Karanovich Chapel of Clinton. – thanks to s
