Hazel M. Sams, 85 of 302 Knoll Court died at 8:55 a.m. today in Williamsburg Health Care. Mrs. Sams worked at RR Donnelley & Sons Co and retired from Bookwalters Printing Co. from Indianapolis. She was a member of the Wesleyan Church. She was educated in Hillsboro schools. She was born Nov 24, 1906 at Lafayette to Thomas and Ida Williams. She first married James E. Lockard. He preceded her in death Jan 5, 1965. She then married Louie E. Sams May 20, 1967. He died in 1980. Surviving are three sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Ray officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. - kbz
