Harry Sample, aged 20 years, died at Miami Valley Hospital Tuesday morning at 10:45 after a brief illness. The deceased was a machinest and was married being survived by his wife. His home was at 139 Campbell street. The parents of the deceased also survive him and they reside at Cooper Seminary. (Believe he was born in Fountain County in Feb 1886 died March 8, 1906 of “Mania with depression” sick 18 months) – buried Spring Vale Cemetery, Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana 1886 – 1906 on tombstone
