VEEDERSBURG--Court Rusk, 69, was found dead in his trailer home at noon Friday by a brother-in-law, Bloomer Harmon, who went to investigate after Mr. Rusk's absence during the morning. He had been in failing health for a year. Ralph Nelson, Fountain County coroner, said he died at approximately 10 a.m. of natural causes. Born Aug. 20, 1889, in Veedersburg, he was the son of Hannibal and Elizabeth Casteel Rusk. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Goldie Harmon of Veedersburg and Mrs. Melba Spear of Homestead, Fla., and one brother, Ray Rusk of Veedersburg. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Fishero Funeral Home with Rev. Samuel Pritchard officiating. Burial will be in the Backfield Cemetery. --typed by Walt W
