RUNYAN, Gerald - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Gerald Runyan of Springfield, Illinois, age 61, died February 9, in Decatur Memorial Hospital. He was born at Coal Creek, February 8, 1921, the son of Leland and Grace Pritchard Runyan. July 15, 1981, he married Patricia Quick, who survives. He owned and operated Runyan Trucking Company for 20 years.

  Also surviving are two sisters, Ruby Odeneal of Covington and Betty Hester of El Monte, California; a brother, Charles of Peoria, Illinois; and an aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Noah Allen of Covington.

  Funeral services were held on Friday at Lockhart and Sons Funeral Home with burial in Glenwood Cemetery at Shelbyville.
