RUNYAN, George d 1929 - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Waynetown - Heart trouble caused the death of George Runyan, who died  Sunday morning at 8:45 o'clock at the home of his son near here  following a heart attack Saturday night. The deceased was born at  Harrisburg PA on July 26 1842, and was united in marriage to Nancy  Edwards July 18, 1871. Mrs. Runyan has been dead for 30 years. Mr.  Runyan was a member of the Masonic lodge at Waynetown. The survivors are  5 sons, William E. of Beauxall, Alberta, Canada; Davis of Fairbanks,  Alasa, Howard of Indianapolis; Walter of near Waynetown and Clint of  Crawfordsville and 8 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held  Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Waynetown Baptist Church. Short  services will be held at the home of Walter Runyan at 1 o'clock. The  body will be taken to the church at 1:30 where it will lie in state  until 2:30. Friends may call to pay their respects during that time. - kbz
