ROYALTY, Lilly - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Rex Claypool has received word that his aunt, Mrs. Lilly ROYALTY had passed away at the home of her son, Jack Royalty with whom she resided at St. Paula, Calif. The body was sent back to Indiana and graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday June 19 in Wingate. Mrs. Royalty, age 90 years was born and reared in this community and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Palin.  Mrs. Royalty’s husband, Frank was editor for many years of a newspaper in Wingate. After his death, Mrs. Royalty continued to edit the paper for several years. She is survived by her son, Jack and two grandchildren. – kbz
