ROYAL, Frank - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Frank Royal, 77, all his life a resident of Richland Township was found dead in bed at his home one and one-half miles west of Mellott about 2 o’clock Tuesday morning. Heart failure is given as the cause of his death.  He had been in poor health for a number of years. The deceased was the son of Leonard and Mary Royal and was born Nov 13, 1845 in Richland Township two and one half miles west of Mellott. He married Miss Lucy Dice on April 6, 1870. Besides his widow he is survived by two sons and one daughter: Charles of Mellott; Freeman of Detroit and Mrs. Juanita Waterman of Mellott. Two brothers, Walter and Will of Newtown and a sister, Mrs. Kate Kell of Missouri also survive.
