Mrs. Homer Royal passed away at her home in Covington, Wednesday morning at 6:30 following an illness of 5 years. Edna M. Royal was born May 8, 1902, at Stone Bluff, Ind, the daughter of James and Mary Kunkle
Hancock. She was a member of the United Brethren Church of Stone Bluff. She is survived by her husband, Homer Royal, her mother, Mrs. James Hancock of Stone Bluff, one son, Alexander Brimberry of Stone Bluff. Two brothers, Arch and Dean Hancock of Stone Bluff, three sisters, Mrs. Eva McFadden and Mrs. Mildred King of Attica, and Mrs. Doma Shapiro of Danville, Ill. The body was taken to the DeSutter Funeral Home and will
be returned to the family residence in Covington Wednesday evening where friends may call. Funeral services will be held from the United Brethren Church in Stone Bluff, Friday afternoon at 2:30 p.m.. Interment will be
in Osborne Prairie Cemetery with RA DeSutter in charge. --- transcribed by kbz
