ROGERS, Mary Eliza Murray - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Mary Eliza Rogers, 89, Widow of John J. Rogers, died at 2:15 p.m. Thursday at her home here. The daughter of George Samuel and Emeline Higbee Murray, she was born Nov 29, 1857. She was married in 1892. Surviving are two brothers, William Andrew Murray and Charles (Bert) Murray, Covington and several nieces and nephews one of whom Nannie B. Gray, made her home with Mrs. Rogers. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Fifth street Baptist Church with Rev. JM Cauldwell of Crawfordsville, officiating. Burial was in Mt.
