RODGERS, Ethel Rush - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Ethel G. Rodgers of Russellville, age 85, died Friday morning, November 27, in Ben Hur Nursing Home at Crawfordsville. She was born in Fountain County, October 4, 1896, the daughter of Francis and Mary Elizabeth Sanders Rush. February 17, 1916, she married Charles Clifford Rodgers, who died in 1961. Mrs. Rodgers was a member of Wingate Christian Church.

  Surviving are two daughters, Avanelle McGinnis of Parkersburg and Dorothy Flint of Phoenix, Arizona; two sons, Bernard of Lincoln, Nebraska, and James A. of Russellville; 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Monday morning at Servies and Morgan Funeral Home in Russellville with Rev. Loren Hetrick officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery at Crawfordsville. – thanks to S
